What needs updating?
Administrative Changes – Updates can be made any time – Contact Guide Coordinators

- Contact Boxes
- Professional Development
Large changes – Requiring Departmental and APC approval – Contact Sara Hagen
- Suspension of admission or discontinuation of a program
- Change of academic home or name of a program
- Change to Program Learning Outcomes
- Changes to 50% or more of a program’s requirements
Small Changes – Requiring Departmental Approval – Contact Guide Coordinators
- Changes to less than 50% of a program’s requirements
- Change to Admission/How to Get In
- Changes to Four-Year Plans
- Changes to Policies, Certification/Licensure, or Accreditation tabs
