The NextGuide environment will be open on Nov 1, 2021 for editing for the Fall 2022 Guide, which will publish on June 1, 2022. College of Engineering undergraduate programs, please send your edits to Megan Paulson by March 3, 2022. CoE Graduate and capstone certificate editors, thank you for completing your non-governed edits. For governed content, please start workflow by March 4 and enter departmental approval by March 11.

Major changes – Requiring Departmental and APC approval – Contact Sara Hagen
- Suspension of admission or discontinuation of a program
- Change of academic home or name of a program
- Change to Program Learning Outcomes
- Changes to 50% or more of a program’s requirements
Minor Changes – Requiring Departmental Approval – Contact Guide Coordinators
- Changes to less than 50% of a program’s requirements
- Change to Admission/How to Get In
- Changes to Four-Year Plans
- Changes to Policies, Certification/Licensure, or Accreditation tabs
